The organization you love and trust to engage and support Long Beach's children and families is evolving. For years, as the Mayor's Fund for Education, our organization has been at the forefront of bringing impactful education opportunities and wrap-around services to local youth and their families.

As the Mayor’s Fund for Long Beach, we can now more broadly address needs beyond the strictly academic. Our work has always centered around the wholistic needs of children so they, and their families, can thrive —and we will be staying true to that focus.

ABOUT

The NEW mission of the Mayor’s Fund for Long Beach is to expand opportunities for children, youth, and families of Long Beach.

The Mayor’s Fund collaborates with community, civic, and education partners to help address the most pressing needs facing Long Beach area families.

The Mayor’s Fund is a nonprofit working in collaboration with the Office of the Long Beach Mayor, but separate from the City of Long Beach (receiving no public funding outside of competitive bids/proposals), serving the City of Long Beach and, more broadly, the students of the Long Beach Unified School District.
